About
Jarrett DeLuca is a founding partner of the firm and focuses his practice on complex personal injury, wrongful death, and business-tort litigation. He has consistently been recognized by his peers, has published articles in state and national legal journals, and has obtained numerous multi-million-dollar awards and settlements for his clients.
Since 2012 he has been named every year a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers — a distinction given to only 2.5% of the state's attorneys — and he has been selected to The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40. In 2015 he earned an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell in personal injury, medical malpractice, and products liability, the organization's highest mark for ethics and ability. Early trial work alongside his former firm included a $20,000,000 verdict against three of the world's largest tobacco companies following a four-week wrongful-death trial.
A Past Chair of the Florida Justice Association Young Lawyers Board, Jarrett also serves on the association's medical-malpractice committee and participates in legislative efforts to preserve the legal rights of people harmed by malpractice, insurance bad faith, nursing-home neglect, and defective products. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business before earning his law degree there.
