About
Francisco "Frank" Viñas has practiced civil litigation since 1997 and built his career around a single mission: uncovering the truth for injured people and holding negligent corporations and insurers accountable for the harm they cause. With more than 25 years of trial experience, he has recovered millions for clients across Florida.
Earlier in his career, Frank defended insurance companies, product manufacturers, nursing-home owners, and large hospital systems — so he knows firsthand how well-funded defendants fight these cases and try to manipulate the process in their favor. He uses that insight to move quickly for his clients: investigating claims early, preserving critical evidence, and guarding against the defense tactics that can quietly undermine a case.
His practice spans medical malpractice, wrongful death, car and tractor-trailer accidents, construction-site and boating injuries, hospital and nursing-home neglect, product liability, and negligent security. He is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell, has been recognized among the National Top 100 Trial Lawyers and as a Florida Super Lawyer, and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Fluent in English and Spanish, Frank lives in Miami with his wife and two daughters.
