About Our Miami Injury Law Firm
Francisco “Frank” Viñas spent the early part of his career on the other side. First as a prosecutor, then defending insurance carriers, product manufacturers, hospitals, and nursing homes against the claims we now bring. He learned how those files are valued, argued over, and quietly reduced. In 2002, he left to build something that represents only injured people.
Viñas & DeLuca has handled injury and wrongful death matters since. We work from a South Dadeland Boulevard office in Miami, with locations in Aventura, Boca Raton, and Tampa. All office visits are by appointment. Reading about a law firm is not the same as talking to one.

Two Different Roads to the Same Side of the Courtroom
Frank Viñas is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, which admits lawyers by invitation based on cases actually tried to verdict. He is active in the Cuban American Bar Association and the Florida Justice Association, and practices in Spanish as fluently as in English, which in this county is less a credential than a requirement.
Jarrett DeLuca arrived by a different route. He finished the University of Florida summa cum laude in finance before entering the Levin College of Law, where he competed on the trial team and in moot court and was named Best Oral Advocate. The finance background is not incidental. Catastrophic claims turn on economic models projecting decades of care and lost earnings, and someone has to read those numbers closely enough to find what is missing.
